AMAZON HQ2 LONG ISLAND CITY BID
My team worked with a consortium of land owners and real estate developers in Long Island City to lead the neighborhood's successful bid to accommodate Amazon's second flagship headquarters. The proposal was paired with NYCEDC incentives in a historic city selection process conducted in 2018.

CLIENT LONG ISLAND CITY PARTNERSHIP
In response to Amazon’s HQ2 Request for Proposals, my team was commissioned by the Long Island City Partnership and a consortium of real estate developers to conceptualize and produce the neighborhood’s relocation proposal for Amazon HQ2, submitted to the company as part of New York City's collective bid.
Our team forged partnerships with local landowners to identify 20 million square feet of semi-contiguous commercial space available for redevelopment. We produced a comprehensive proposal for a new office campus, closely integrated with local business and the fabric of the neighborhood. This plan was based on careful mapping and analysis of the district’s assets including infrastructure, educational institutions, cultural amenities, retail, and transit.
