RxWell is a tool for employees that leverages cutting-edge technology and insights to serve commercial tenants as they re-office. RxWell’s ecosystem uses a host of advanced tools – including thermal cameras to track temperature, capacity and density sensors, and computer vision algorithms to monitor mask compliance – to seamlessly aggregate and visualize safety-related space metrics, alongside community and concierge service features such as individual desk booking, a community marketplace, and contactless delivery integrations.

I led a product design team which conducted many rounds of research
to fully understand the needs of employees in a post-pandemic world. From deep generative research at the outset to weekly user testing, we investigated user needs and designed iteratively in response. 

Through a disciplined weekly user testing cadence, we quickly understood that the RxWell app had to instill a sense of comfort by providing transparency into the data that was personally relevant to them. Backed by a robust set of building IoT sensor and open-source regional data, we were able to develop a sophisticated workplace app that has helped thousands of employees feel safe and increase their engagement and attendance at the office.
